牙膏产品口腔黏膜刺激试验结果分析
Analysis of oral mucosal irritant test results of toothpaste products

Abstract
The irritation of toothpaste products was evaluated by analyzing the results of the oral mucosal irritant test of 86 toothpaste products.Three golden hamsters were exposed to each toothpaste product,one side of the cheek pouch was used as the control while the other side was given toothpaste product at 0.3 mL each,with contact time of 5 min each time,and repeated once every hour for a total of 4 times.The buccal sacs were visually observed 24 h after the last exposure and evaluated pathologically and histologically.The results showed that the degree of oral mucosal irritant response to children's toothpaste was mostly no irritation and very mild irritation,and the percentage of very mild irritation and lower degree of response was 86.96%.The degree of oral mucosal irritant response of adult toothpaste was mainly no irritation,very mild irritation,and mild irritation,and the percentage of mild irritation and lower degree of response was 88.88%.The safety of efficacy toothpastes was consistent with the overall safety of all tested toothpastes.The results showed that most toothpaste products had little oral mucosal irritation and met the safety requirements for use.关键词
