烟酰胺对防晒乳液防晒性能的影响探究

Abstract
The effects of niacinamide on the SPF values of two sunscreen systems(in vitro method),namely,oil-in-water(O/W)and water-in-oil(W/O)sunscreen emulsions,and the probable reasons for such effects were investigated.The results showed that in the experimental mass concentration range(w(niacinamide)≤6%),the SPF values of O/W sunscreen emulsions increased with increasing mass fraction of niacinamide,whereas the SPF values of W/O sunscreen emulsions showed the opposite trend to that of the O/W sunscreen emulsions and decreased precipitously at w(niacinamide)=3%.It was found that niacinamide had no significant effect on sunscreen UV absorption in the UVB/UVA band.As the mass fraction of niacinamide increased,the film-forming properties of O/W sunscreen emulsions were not affected but their spreading properties were improved,whereas the film-forming properties of W/O sunscreen emulsions started to deteriorate significantly at w(niacinamide)=3%,revealing that niacinamide can increase the SPF value of the formulations by improving the spreading properties of O/W sunscreen emulsions whereas reduce the SPF value of the formulations by destroying the film-forming properties of W/O sunscreen emulsions.关键词
