Abstract
A cream containing probiotics and prebiotics was developed by using probiotics and prebiotics as raw materials and combining with the theory of formulation design,and its efficacy and mechanism in soothing skin irritation,repairing the skin barrier,moisturizing and brightening were discussed,and the efficacy of the cream was evaluated by using the human experimental method.The experimental results showed that after the subjects used the product continuously for 28 days,the water content of the skin stratum corneum was significantly increased by 32%,the TEWL value of trans epidermal water loss was significantly reduced by 20.2%,the L* value of the skin was significantly increased by 3.2%,and the roughness of the skin was significantly reduced by 9%;as can be seen from the pictures taken in VISIA 7,there was also a significant improvement in the red areas of the subjects'faces.These results combined with the subjective evaluation results from the subjects demonstrate that this product has a good effect of soothing,repairing the skin barrier,moisturizing and brightening.关键词
