Abstract
5% lysate from fermentation product of dichotomous yeast was added into the self-made blank essence in the laboratory,and its efficacy to evaluate the moisturizing performance and anti-aging repair effect on the skin was tested.Thirty volunteers were selected to apply blank essence solution and dichotomous yeast essence solution to the left and right forearm respectively,and their moisturizing properties were measured by the skin moisture tester after 1,2,4 and 6 h.Thirty volunteers were further selected to use blank essence solution and dichotomous yeast essence solution on the left and right faces respectively,and the skin condition was evaluated by the skin surface texture test system,skin elasticity tester,skin optical imaging system and VISIA skin tester on the 0 and 14 days,consequently,its anti-aging and repair efficacy were evaluated.The results showed that the lysate from fermentation products of dichotomous yest can significantly improve the moisturizing performance of forearm and facial skin,reduce wrinkles,and have significant anti-aging and repair effects.关键词
