Abstract
The extraction process of hyperoside and rutin from Camellia japonica leaf has been studied by single factor experiment.The results showed that under the optimal extraction process of ethanol volume fraction 50%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶25(g∶mL)and 60℃water bath constant temperature extraction for 2 h,the extraction rates were 0.20%±0.02%and 0.49%±0.03%,respectively.The anti-aging(anti-oxidation,anti-glycation,anti-wrinkle)and repair(cell migration rate)effects of Camellia japonica leaf extract in cosmetics have been studied,where the extract was purified with macroporous resin.The results showed that Camellia japonica leaf extract could significantly scavenge DPPH free radicals,inhibit the content of advanced glycation end products(AGEs),inhibit the expression of MMP-1,promote the synthesis of type I collagen and enhance the migration rate of human immortalized keratinocytes.These results indicated that Camellia japonica leaf extract have significant antioxidant,anti-glycation,repair and anti-aging effects.关键词
