一款自主研发心室辅助泵的改进设计
Improved design of a self-developed ventricular assist pump
摘要
Abstract
A continuous-flow centrifugal ventricular assist pump(Q pump)was improved and de-signed,the accuracy of the numerical calculations was verified by hydraulic tests,and its performance was compared and analyzed with that of a market-leading product(C pump).Compared to the C pump,the design of the Q pump has been significantly improved.The Q pump effectively reduces vor-tex formation at the impeller outlet and optimizes the shear stress distribution.The maximum scalar shear stress of the Q pump is reduced from 91.5 Pa to 47.8 Pa,which is lower than that of the C pump.Blood test results reveal that the hemolytic index of the Q pump is 0.016,slightly higher than the C pump's value of 0.009.Additionally,the activation time of the Q pump is 11 s,longer than the C pump's 9 s,indicating that the Q pump possesses better anticoagulant properties.Furthermore,no thrombosis is observed in multiple tests with the Q pump.关键词
