水轮机转轮叶片缺陷与近场噪声的关联分析
Correlation analysis of defects in hydraulic turbine runner blades and near-field flow-induced noise

Abstract
To analyze the distribution law of flow-induced noise in the draft tube of a hydraulic turbine under the condition of defects in the runner blades,a study was conducted using the HLA855a-LJ-250 hydraulic turbine model as the research object.Six different turbine models with varying numbers of runner blade defects were established.The Realizable k-ε turbulence model and broadband noise source acoustic model were employed to numerically calculate the near-field noise in the draft tube of the hydraulic turbine under rated operating conditions.The results indicate that the double-row cascade and the runner blades constitute the primary dipole acoustic sources within the hydraulic turbine.Under varying numbers of defective blades,significant distributional differences in the acoustic power levels of characteristic blades within the double-row cascade and the runner are observed.Conversely,the noise emanating from the guide vane surfaces exhibits a"W"-shaped acoustic power level distribution,with elevated acoustic power levels at both ends of the vane surface.Comparatively,the acoustic power level at the leading edge is higher.The number of defective runner blades exertes a minimal influence on the acoustic power levels of the spiral casing and the draft tube.However,an increasing trend in the acous-tic power levels of the remaining flow passage components is noted,with the dual-row cascade region experiencing the most pronounced impact.When all runner blades are defective,the variation rate of the peak acoustic power level in the dual-row cascade is greater than that in the runner chamber.Spe-cifically,the increase in the peak acoustic power level of the dual-row cascade is 59.1%,whereas the peak acoustic power level in the runner chamber exhibits an increase of 24.3%.关键词
