果桑夏伐枝条生产性能、营养成分及青贮品质综合评价分析
Comprehensive evaluation and analysis of production performance,nutritional composition and silage quality of summer-pruned mulberry branches

Abstract
The study aimed to solve the problem of green and efficient utilization of summer-pruned mulberry branches.The trial selects one-year-old summer-pruned branches of eight domestic main mulberry varieties as materials to comprehensively evaluate their production performance,nutritional components and silage quality.The results showed that the fresh weight of summer-pruned one-year-old branches of the eight mulberry varieties ranged from 190.65 to 255.60 kg/km2,with Hongguo No.2(X2)having the highest fresh weight.The branch-leaf ratios of the eight mulberry varieties ranged from 0.34 to 0.52,among which Zhongsang 5801(X1)had the lowest branch-leaf ratio.The weight proportion of the eight mulberry varieties with branch lengths less than 60 cm ranged from 46.1%to 77.0%.The dry matter(DM)content of the eight mulberry varieties ranged from 23.78%to 27.30%,and the DM content of Baiyuhuang(X3)was the highest.The crude protein(CP)content of the eight mulberry varieties ranged from 19.03%DM to 21.18%DM,and Jialing 30(X7)had the highest CP content.The reducing sugar(RS)content of the eight mulberry varieties ranged from 14.24%DM to 22.90%DM,and the RS content of X7 was the highest.The relative feed value(RFV)of the eight mulberry varieties ranged from 172.06 to 215.86,with X6 having the highest RFV.After silage,the pH values of the eight mulberry varieties were generally high.The pH value of X3 silage was the lowest,at 4.72.The ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen ratio of Heizhenzhu(X4)silage was the lowest,at 9.19%.The lactic acid content of X2 silage was the highest,at 3.26%DM.The acetic acid content of X7 silage was the lowest.The butyric acid content of X6 and Yuguo No.1(X8)silage was relatively low.The study indicates that the feed value of summer-pruned mulberry is high and has the potential to be developed into unconventional livestock feed.关键词
