The Impact of Psychosomatic Intervention under the Iceberg Theory on Psychological State and Sleep of Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of psychosomatic nursing intervention under the Iceberg Theory on the psychologi-cal state and sleep quality of elderly patients after femoral neck fracture surgery.Methods:A total of 92 elderly patients who un-derwent surgery for femoral neck fractures caused by external forces in the Joint Surgery Department of Zichuan Hospital were en-rolled as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received psychosomatic interven-tion nursing care based on the iceberg theory in addition to routine care.Differences in perioperative sleep quality,pain severity,psychological state,mobility of hip joints,and complications of the patients between the two groups were observed.Results:The observation group had lower PSQI,NRS,and mental health scores(P＜0.05)and better hip mobility and fewer postoperative com-plications(P＜0.05)than the control group during the perioperative period.Conclusion:Iceberg theory-based psychosomatic in-terventions have a positive effect on the postoperative psychological and sleep status and treatment effect of elderly patients with femoral neck fractures.关键词
