Abstract
In this paper,a simultaneous analytical method was established for determining of bifenthrin and clothianidin in a 25%micro-emulsions(ME).High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with a diode-array detector(DAD)set at 230 nm was employed.The separation was achieved using a stainless steel column filled with C18/5 μm,with acetonitrile and an phosphoric acid aqueous solution as the mobile phase.The results showed that correlation coefficients(R2)of 1.000 0 for both active ingredients,the standard deviation of 0.102 6%and 0.065 6%,the variation coefficient of 0.687 5%and 0.660 4%,the average recovery of 100.19%and 99.90%were obtained for bifenthrin and clothianidin,respectively.关键词
