6种杀虫剂对观赏月季花蓟马的毒力测定和田间防效研究
Laboratory Toxicity Test and Field Efficacy Assessment of Insecticides for Controling Frankliniella intonsaon Rose Thrips

Abstract
In order to select high-efficacy and low-toxicity insecticides to prevent and control Frankliniella intonsa on Rose Thrips,this study determined the laboratory toxicity using lead-tube method and assessed field efficacy of six insecticides combined with a food attractant.The LC50 values indicated the following order of toxicity:cyproflanilide>broflanilide>spinetoram>abamectin·imidacloprid>cyantraniliprole>afidopyropen.Field tests showed that insecticides accompanied with a food attractant significantly improved control effects.10%cyproflanilide DC and 100 g/L broflanilide WG achieved control efficacy of 86.61%and 84.40%,respectively at 8 days after application,outperforming 40%spinetoram·sulfoxaflor WG(79.43%),29%abamectin·imidacloprid SC(80.09%)and 10%spinetoram WG(78.4%).Therefore,based on a comprehensive evaluation,10%cyproflanilide DC and 100 g/L broflanilide WG are recommended as priority options for controlling Frankliniella intonsa on Rose Thrips.These can be sprayed separately(1∶2 000 dilution),each mixed with a food attractant(1∶500 dilution).Moreover,29%abamectin·imidacloprid S C(1∶500 dilution)or 10%spinetoram WG(1∶2 000 dilution)could been used in rotation.关键词
