黄曲霉毒素对畜禽养殖的危害及微生物脱毒研究进展
Research progress on hazards of aflatoxin to livestock and poultry breeding and microbial detoxification
摘要
Abstract
Aflatoxin is a highly toxic mycotoxin.When feed raw materials are contaminated with aflatoxin,it will harm the health of livestock and poultry,such as causing liver and spleen diseases,gastrointestinal dysfunction,impaired kidney metabolism and weakened immune function.In addition,aflatoxin can further threaten human health through the transmission effect of the food chain.Microorganisms can degrade aflatoxin through various methods and pathways.The microbial detoxification method has the advantages of being easy to be promoted on a large scale and having an efficient detoxification approach,and can effectively remove aflatoxin.This article reviews the hazards of aflatoxin to animals,discusses the application of microbial detoxification methods in feed detoxification,and provides a reference for exploring effective prevention and control measures for aflatoxin.关键词
