摘要

Abstract

Zearalenone is an estrogen like mycotoxin produced by Fusarium spp.,which widely exists in moldy grain feed and has caused serious harm to pig industry.This paper systematic summarized the metabolic characteristics of zearalenone in pigs and its mechanism of multiple organ toxicity,including genetic toxicity caused by interfering with the cell cycle and inducing oxidative stress,reproductive and developmental disorders caused by binding with estrogen receptors,immunosuppression caused by activating inflammatory pathways,and liver and kidney damage caused by reducing antioxidant capacity.This paper compared the advantages and disadvantages of detoxification methods such as physical adsorption,chemical oxidation,microbial degradation,enzymatic transformation and nutritional antagonism,to provide a reference for the healthy development of pig industry and animal food safety.
