Abstract
In order to solve the problem of unbalanced supply and demand of corn and excess inventory of brown rice in the southern region,brown rice can be used as a feed for livestock and poultry.Brown rice is rich in substances such as starch,protein,fat,vitamins,and minerals,and is superior to traditional feed in terms of amino acid composition and balance.Brown rice can promote the health of livestock and poultry,enhance immunity,and promote efficient utilization of resources,promoting the sustainable development of the breeding industry.The article summarizes the nutritional value of brown rice and the treatment of anti nutritional factors in brown rice.It summarizes the application and future prospects of brown rice in livestock and poultry diets,providing reference for improving the utilization rate of brown rice resources,optimizing livestock and poultry feed formulas,and enhancing breeding efficiency.关键词
