Research progress on effects of ammonia nitrogen on oxidative stress,immune response and tissue damage in fish and nutritional regulation strategies under ammonia nitrogen stress
摘要
Abstract
Under the intensive culture mode,the ammonia nitrogen content in water is increased,which has adverse effects on the health of fish.Long-term exposure to high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen will induce excessive accumulation of reactive oxygen species in fish,which can cause oxidative stress and imbalance the antioxidant defense system,thus affecting the normal physiological functions of fish.Excessive ammonia nitrogen can also inhibit the immune response,increase the susceptibility of fish to pathogenic microorganisms,and lead to histopathological changes such as gill filament swelling,liver steatosis,kidney damage and so on.In aquaculture production,the ammonia nitrogen tolerance of fish can be enhanced by optimizing feed formulas and adding feed additives,etc.This paper reviews the effects of ammonia nitrogen on oxidative stress,immune response and tissue damage of fish,as well as the nutritional regulation strategies of ammonia nitrogen stress,aiming to provide a reference for improving the ammonia nitrogen tolerance of fish.关键词
