基于主成分分析的设施栽培厚皮甜瓜品种种质资源评价
Evaluation of Germplasm Resources of Muskmelon in Protected Cultivation Based on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract
ln order to screen out high-quality muskmelon varieties suitable for ecological environment cultivation in Henan province,12 varieties of muskmelon were evaluated based on indicators such as growth stage,growth vigor,fruit quality,disease resistance and yield,and correlation analysis and principal component analysis were conducted for a comprehensive evaluation of the germplasm resources.The results showed that among the tested varieties,the coefficient of variation of 667 m2 yield was the largest(27.00%),followed by plant height(21.97%),which showed abundant phenotypic variation.The correlation analysis showed that the content of central soluble solids was positively correlated with the content of marginal soluble solids,and the yield per 667 m2 was positively correlated with the transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of fruit,and it was positively correlated with the fruit thickness.Five principal components were extracted through principal component analysis,encompassing indicators of nutritional quality,commercial quality,disease resistance,agronomic traits and yield,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 87.066%,which could effectively reflect the information of all indicators.The top three varieties with comprehensive scores of principal components were'Zhongtian No.9''Lanmi 30'and'Zhongyuan 1095'.Among them,'Zhongtian No.9'showed a high central soluble solids content(16.1%),and the highest marginal soluble solids content(14.4%),which was significantly higher than that of other varieties,with a crispy,sweet,delicate taste and ample moisture,and small fruit type,which could be suitable for upscale product cultivation.'Lanmi 30'exhibited a higher central soluble solids content(15.8%),crisp,sweet and refreshing taste,with medium fruit type,which could meet the needs of mass consumption.'Zhongyuan 1095'had the highest yield(3 643.36 kg per 667 m2),with crisp and sweet taste,and large fruit shape,which could fulfil the requirements of high yield planting.关键词
