发酵饲料的特性及其在肉牛生产中的应用
Characterization of fermented feed and its application in beef cattle production
摘要
Abstract
With the growth of global meat demand,improving beef cattle production efficiency has become the focus of the breeding industry.Through microbial fermentation,feed can improve the nutritional value,improve palatability,reduce toxin content,and produce beneficial active substances,so as to improve the digestion and absorption ability and health level of beef cattle.Fermented feed can also improve the growth performance,regulate rumen microbial community,enhance immunity and antioxidant capacity,and alleviate the adverse effects of heat stress of beef cattle.This paper summarized the classification of fermented feed,the improvement mechanism of feed quality by fermentation and its application effect in beef cattle production,in order to provide reference for the healthy development of beef cattle industry.关键词
