Abstract

The relationship between temperature,nutrients and the lifting of grape dormancy was analyzed by studying the cold demand of'Red Earth'grape plants,the change of greenhouse temperature and the correlation between greenhouse temperature and cold demand,and the change of soluble sugar and soluble protein content during the dormancy period under the delayed cultivation mode of daylight greenhouse and the natural dormancy mode of glass greenhouse in Ningxia region.The results showed that the cold demand of solar greenhouse estimated by≤7.2℃model,0-7.2℃model,and Utah model were 0,0,and 79 CU,respectively,and the cold demand of glass greenhouse using the three models were 212 h,582 h,and 238 CU,respectively.Grapes were released from dormancy around early December in both facility management modes.In solar greenhouses,the daily cooling requirement was extremely significantly negatively correlated with the maximum temperature and significantly negatively correlated with the average temperature,while in glass greenhouses,the daily cooling requirement was extremely significantly positively correlated with the minimum temperature.After the dormancy was lifted,the soluble sugar content showed an increasing trend in both models,while the soluble protein content showed an opposite trend.In conclusion,in the delayed cultivation mode of the greenhouse,a certain high temperature accumulation above 7.2℃was the main factor to break dormancy;In the natural dormancy mode of the glasshouse,a low temperature accumulation below 7.2℃was the main factor to break dormancy.The change pattern of soluble sugar content in the two cultivation modes can be used as a marker for judging the late stage of dormancy process.
