混配药剂拌种对大蒜根腐病防治效果及产量的影响
Effects of Combined-fungicide Seed Dressing on Control Effect of Garlic Root Rot and Yield

Abstract
In order to solve the problem that garlic root rot occurs frequently in continuous consecutive cropping areas,which seriously affects garlic yield and quality,different doses(0,40,60,80,100 mL)of 200 g/L cyclobutrifluram flowable concentrate for seed treatment(FS)and 60 mL of common chemical 27％Kolas suspension seed dressing(FSB)were mixed,and plot experiment and multi-site field demonstration experiment were carried out successively to compare and analyze the disease prevention and yield increase effects of different treatments.The results of plot experiment showed that the seedling death rate and the disease index of garlic root rot with combined seed dressing treatments were significantly lower than those of 27％Kolas FSB alone and control of no seed dressing(CK1),while the growth scores at seedling stage and pre-harvest,yield per 667 m2 and single head weight were extremely significantly higher than those of 27％Kolas FSB alone and CK1,and the control effect of garlic root rot was extremely significantly higher than that of 27％Kolas FSB alone.In the multi-site field demonstration experiment,the average control effect of 60 mL or 80 mL of 200 g/L cyclobutrifluram FS+60 mL of 27％Kolas FSB were both higher than 81％,which were 64 percentage points at least higher than that of the fungicide control(CK2),and the average yield increase exceeds 25 percent points,which increased by more than 30％compared with the blank control(CK3),all with extremely significant difference,indicating good potential for promotion and application.Considering production costs,control effect and environmental protection comprehensively,it is recommended to use 60 mL of 200 g/L cyclobutrifluram FS+60 mL of 27％Kolas FSB for every 100 kg garlic in seeds dressing.关键词
