摘要

Abstract

In view of the long-term reliance on chemical pesticides for the prevention and control of pests and diseases in the grape industry,five representative microbial agents and plant-derived fungicides were selected by means of indoor toxicity determination and field efficacy test,aiming to screen out chemical pesticide substitutes for efficient control of Plasmopara viticola in grape,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the use of chemical pesticides,green prevention and control,improving quality and efficiency.The results showed that ① Bacillus subtilis and pythium oligandrum had good performance and high control effect.② The preventive effect of five chemical pesticide substitutes on Plasmopara viticola in grape was significantly better than that of treatment,so the preventive control measures in the field were more conducive to its efficacy.In addition,alternative microbial agents can also be applied alternately with chemical pesticides,which can achieve the effect of reducing the application of chemical pesticides,rapid control of pests and long-term maintenance.
