Breeding and characteristics of new glutinous rice variety'Huxiangnuo 1911'with high quality

Abstract
'Huxiangnuo 1911'is a new glutinous rice variety developed by the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences through multiple generations of pedigree breeding,using'Hujing 137'as the female parent and'Wuxiangnuo 8333'as the male parent through molecular marker assisted selection technology.This new variety aggregated the rice blast resistance gene Pi-ta,the stripe leaf blight resistance gene Stv-bi,and the aroma gene badh2.'Huxiangnuo 1911'has a full growth period of about 150 days when planted in the Shanghai area.It has strong comprehensive resistance in the field,good glutinous and fragrant rice,and is suitable for planting in Shanghai,southern Jiangsu,northern Zhejiang,southern Anhui and other places.This variety was approved by the Shanghai Crop Variety Approval Committee in October 2022.关键词
