16种连蕊茶组和毛蕊茶组植物的叶营养成分分析
Leaf nutritional components analysis of 16 species in Camellia Sect.Theopsis and Camellia Sect.Eriandria

Abstract
The content of free amino acids,total saponins,tea polyphenols,polysaccharides,flavonoids,caffeine and catechins was determined in the leaves of 16 species in Camellia Sect.Theopsis and Camellia Sect.Eriandria.To the data,the difference analysis,correlation analysis and membership function analysis were used to comprehensively understand their evaluation.The results showed significant variations among the 16 species in the tested 7 nutritional components.Among them,C.lawii,C.euryoides,C.tsingpienensis var.pubisepala,C.punctata,C.cordifolia and C.handelii had the highest content of free amino acids(2.389 mg/g),total saponins(49.845 mg/g),tea polyphenols(156.072 mg/g),polysaccharides(49.365 mg/g),flavonoids(27.440 mg/g)and catechins(3.798 mg/g),respectively,and C.caudata exhibited the lowest caffeine content(0.358%).The correlation analysis indicated that the content of polysaccharides had significantly negative correlations with total saponins and flavonoids.The average membership function values of 16 species ranged from 0.314 to 0.484.Among them,the average membership function values of C.cordifolia,C.lawii,C.villicarpa,C.salicifolia,C.lipoensis and C.caudata were above 0.450,which suggested their potential as functional plant resources for tea or other application in the future.关键词
