Abstract
With the deepening development of"Digital Government"and"Smart Policing,"the level of informatization at vehicle management centers within public security traffic police divisions has become a key indicator of their service capacity and administrative efficiency.This paper focuses on the information center computer room system,business monitoring center,and queue calling system,analyzing their critical roles in vehicle management operations.It systematically identifies existing issues such as poor system stability,low levels of intelligence,and insufficient system coordination.Based on these findings,the study proposes multidimensional optimization strategies,including the construction of an intelligent operation and maintenance platform,the introduction of AI-based early warning mechanisms,the enhancement of human-computer interaction interfaces,and the establishment of a unified data-sharing platform.The research aims to provide a practical roadmap and theoretical guidance for promoting efficient collaboration and intelligent upgrading of informatization systems in vehicle management centers,thereby contributing to the development of a high-efficiency,intelligent,and user-friendly modern vehicle management service system.关键词
