植保无人机高寒牧区防治青海草原毛虫九种药剂筛选
Screening of nine insecticides against Gynaephora qinghaiensis with plant protection drone in alpine pastoral area

Abstract
To screen effective insecticides for controlling Gynaephora qinghaiensis,nine kinds of high-efficiency green biogenic pesticides were selected to control the third instar larvae of G.qinghaiensis by low-altitude spraying with plant protection UAVs,and control effects of different dosages were compared.The results showed that the corrected control effects of lambda-cyhalothrin 10%emulsifiable concentrate(EC)and nicotine·matrine 1.2%EC against G.qinghaiensis were more than 90%three days after application,showing rapid effect.The corrected control effects of abamectin 5%EC,pyrethrins·matrine 0.5%soluble liquid(SL)and nicotine·matrine 1.2%EC against G.qinghaiensis were more than 90%five days after application.The corrected control effects of six insecticides on G.qinghaiensis were more than 90%seven days after application.The corrected control effects of 1×1010 CFU/g Metarhizium anisopliae wettable powder(WP)and 1.5×1010 CFU/g Beauveria bassiana WP with dosage of 1 200 mg/hm2 against G.qinghaiensis were 82.4%and 80.2%,respectively,which were not significantly different from that of lambda-cyhalothrin 10%EC,showing persistent effect.Considering the control effect and economic cost,it is recommended to apply lambda-cyhalothrin 10%EC and nicotine·matrine 1.2%EC with dosage of 300 mL/hm2 for emergency control when pest population density increases rapidly.When the damage degree is low,it is recommended to alternately apply abamectin 5%EC with dosage of 150 mL/hm2,osthole 1%SL,azadirachin 0.3%EC,pyrethrins·matrine 0.5%SL and emamectin benzoate·hexaflumuron 6%EC with dosage of 300 mL/hm2,or 1×1010 CFU/g M.anisopliae WP,1.5×1010 CFU/g B.bassiana WP with dosage of 900 mg/hm2.关键词
