新疆天山一号冰川岩面生地衣种间联结性研究
Study of the interspecies association between saxicolous lichens in Tianshan No.1 Glacier,Xinjiang,China

Abstract
To better understand the interspecies relationships among saxicolous lichens in Tianshan No.1 Glacier,Xinjiang,based on field survey data from 75 saxicolous lichen community plots,a variance ratio method,a 2×2 contingency table,Ochiai correlation index,Pearson correlation analysis and Spearman correlation test were used to analyze interspecies relationships on the main species.The results indicated that the overall interspecies association coefficient demonstrated a positive correlation(VR=1.286).Most species pairs exhibited significant interspecific correlations(W>χ20.05N,p<0.05),suggesting a degree of interdependence in lichen species distribution.Among 435 pairs of 30 saxicolous lichen species,30 pairs(6.89%)showed highly significant positive associations,while 119 pairs(27.3%)exhibited significant positive association.These findings provide valuable insights into interspecific association,contributing to the understanding of community assembly mechanism of saxicolous lichen and informing the conservation of lichen resource and diversity in the region.关键词
