Study on Waterproof Test of Ultra-high Pressure Rotary-jet Grouting Pile for the Shaft of Subway Station in Water-rich Stratum

Abstract
In order to study the waterproof effect of ultra-high pressure rotary-jet grouting piles for underground ex-cavation subway station in the water-rich stratum,the No.3 shaft of Shifoying Metro Station of Beijing Metro Line 3 was taken as an example to carry out the waterproof test research of ultra-high pressure rotary-jet grouting piles.First,the experimental research on the proportion of the jet grouting liquid was carried out to develop high-strength and high impermeability grouting materials;Then,the on-site waterproof test of the jet grouting pile was conducted.The effect of waterproof by the rotary-jet grouting piles was analyzed by the microstructure changes before and after the grouting of the soil,the physical mechanical test of the rotary-jet grouting pile and the effect of waterproof by completed piles.The research results show that the soil sample changes from a loose structure to a compact structure after the rotary-jet grouting and significantly enhanced integrity of the soil;Both the compressive strength and im-permeability of the reinforced materials are greatly improved;The measured verticality of the rotary-jet grouting test pile is 0.1‰~2.5‰,which meets the design requirements of verticality not greater than 5‰ in the engineering de-sign.The ultra-high pressure rotary-jet grouting pile has a good waterproof effect in the shaft,and basically cuts off the hydraulic connection between the inside and outside of the shaft.The experimental results provide a basis for the design of ultra-high pressure rotary-jet grouting waterproof scheme for underground excavation stations.关键词
