摘要
Abstract
Based on the construction of the left line shield tunneling from Jianhu Town Station to Fangquan Station of Shaoxing Metro Line 1,the risks and forming mechanism faced in different stages such as shield machine passes through an underground cavity zone,Qifu River and soft rock stratum are systematically analyzed.The correspond-ing effective engineering countermeasures are put forward;The practical experience of bin opening inspection and changing tool in shield construction are summarized.The problems are found by bin opening and shield driving pa-rameters are adjusted in time,which effectively reduce the cutter head and cutting tool by 35%and the times of bin opening by 40%.The research results can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.关键词
