城市工业用地的植物多样性及其分布格局——以上海宝钢厂区为例
Plant species diversity and its spatial distribution pattern in urban industrial land:a case study of Bao-steel company in Shanghai,China

Abstract
Although urban land use significantly impacts plant biodiversity,it also provides habitat that can support plant species richness.Plant species diversity and its spatial patterns are essential to green space management and ecosystem service provision in urban industrial land.However,little is known about plant diversity and its carrying capacity in such area.In this study,84 plots were selected using a stratified random sampling scheme within the Bao-steel industrial area to examine vascular plant species diversity and spatial distribution.The results are as follows.(1)A total of 286 vascular plant species,belonging to 90 families and 204 genera,are recorded.Among these,119 are woody species and 167 are herbaceous species,with 61.8%being native wild species.A non-parametric model estimates that the total plant species richness in the Bao-steel industrial area can reach 394 species.This industrial land supports relatively higher plant species richness and a greater proportion of native species compared to other land use types in Shanghai.(2)Plant species richness,the Shannon-Wiener index,and Pielou's evenness index are higher in the eastern and western parts but lower in the central part of the industrial area,exhibiting localized high-high and low-low clustering patterns.(3)Plant species diversity and its spatial distribution in the Bao-steel industrial land are jointly supported by species richness in both the tree-shrub layer and the herb layer,with the latter playing a significant mediating role.The herb layer's mediating effect has long been neglected in urban green space planning and management;therefore,greater attention should be paid to the herb layer to support plant diversity in urban industrial land.These findings provide insights for understanding species diversity carrying capacity and improving green space management and ecosystem services in industrial areas.关键词
