Abstract
In order to explore the influence of shield tunneling on the lining structure of double-line subway tunnels,on-site construction monitoring was carried out in a shield tunneling project in a Tianjin Metro.By analyzing the data of shield tunneling,the displacement,convergence,and stress response of the double-line shield tunneling structure were studied and analyzed to obtain the response laws of shield tunneling and tunnel structure during construction.The research results show that:1)The construction of connection channel by the shield tunneling will cause signifi-cant horizontal displacement of the main tunnel at the starting point,with the maximum horizontal displacement value occurring at the right arch waist.The main tunnel is affected by the thrust and cutting force of the shield tunneling machine,and converges horizontally inward and vertically outward,presenting a horizontal elliptical shape.The hole will have a significant impact on the main tunnel at the starting point;2)The steel sleeve itself has higher strength so that the maximum displacement value is relatively smaller during the construction process;Both the main reinforcement stress and concrete strain at the monitoring site are within the safe range;The displacement and convergence values of the connecting channel segments are relatively smaller and within a safe range.关键词
