Abstract
In order to accelerate emissions reduction in all aspects and multiple fields,the European Union released the"Fit for 55"package of policies on July 14,2021.One important policy lever is the world's first"carbon tariff"that has been put into trial operation,namely the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism(CBAM).This article combines the first batch of products to be collected by the European Union in the future and the current development of traditional industries in Dongying City.The rubber tire industry export products with high carbon emissions in Dongying City are the main research objects.By analyzing the impact of the carbon border adjustment mechanism on the foreign trade of rubber tire industry products in Dongying City,this article sorts out the response measures implemented in China and Shandong Province,and proposes the next step of Dongying's rubber tire industry response strategies and suggestions from four aspects,including carrying out relevant CBAM capacity building,to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of Dongying's rubber tire industry.关键词
