Abstract
The safety of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata(Fuzi)has long been a focal and challenging issue in clinical practice.Historically,medical practitioners have held divergent perspectives on its toxicity,and its misuse often leads to severe adverse outcomes.This study investigates the safety concerns of Fuzi in clinical application through a multidimensional approach,encompassing ancient textual records,clinical practical experience,analysis of toxic components,and strategies for enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity.By systematically examining the inherent risks and toxicological profile of Fuzi,this research provides a comprehensive and detailed evaluation of its clinical applicability.Through rigorous scientific methods,the paper establishes a reference framework to guide clinicians in the safe and rational use of Fuzi,aiming to mitigate risks associated with improper administration and ensure medication safety.关键词
