Abstract
The European Commission has adopted a new European Solar Charter,which sets out the immediate actions that the European Commission,EU member states,and representatives of the solar photovoltaic value chain should take to support the European photovoltaic manufacturing industry and mitigate the risk of over-concentration of supply chain.China,as the largest source of imports of photovoltaic products to the EU,will be adversely affected by the increase of market access barriers,the intensification of technological competition,and stricter anti-dumping and countervailing measures.Based on this,it is suggested to promote the integration of domestic photovoltaic industry resources and consolidate the global leading position;continue to increase innovation efforts to further enhance industrial competitiveness;develop markets in Southeast Asia and other regions to form a diversified export pattern.关键词
