摘要

Abstract

The scattered venting of natural gas from oil and gas wells not only wastes energy but also pollutes the environment.Existing natural gas recovery technologies are relatively complex in process and entail high investment and operating costs.There is an urgent need for a low-cost scattered natural gas recovery technology.A direct compression and transportation recovery technology is proposed,and its technical and economic feasibility is demonstrated through system design,innovative hydrate prevention and control technology.Based on global techno-economic optimization,the optimal design parameters of key equipment for different gas volumes were determined.An innovative low-cost alternating hydrate prevention and control strategy was developed,which can replace conventional methods such as electric heaters rated over 20 kW or addition of more than 3%methanol.The static recovery period is only 3 years when the gas volume is 6 000 m3/d,indicating favorable economic benefits.A direct compression and transportation recovery technology is proposed for oil and gas wells with low gas production and long distances to the processing station.This technology demonstrates excellent technical and economic feasibility and holds significant social value.
