摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the economic benefits of the medium-pressure hydrocracking unit,increase the production of middle distillates,and reduce the inventory of diesel fuel,the unit began to gradually blend FCC diesel.The results show that the hydrogen consumption increases by 0.28 percentage points,the circulating hydrogen volume increases,and the total temperature rise of the hydrogenation reactor bed increases by 15.7℃when the processing capacity of the unit is 122 t/h and the proportion of blending is 8.2%.The components of jet fuel and diesel fuel have become heavier than before blending FCC diesel,and the test indexes of each product meet the requirements of products,and the output of diesel and jet fuel has increased.
