碳中和目标下淮河生态经济带土地利用碳排放效率评价及影响因素
Evaluation of carbon emission efficiency of land use and influencing factors in the Huaihe River Ecologi-cal Economic Belt under carbon neutrality target

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of carbon emission efficiency of land use in the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt and provide theoretical reference and empirical evidence for accelerating the green transformation of land use in the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt and helping achieve the goal of carbon neutrality.The methods of literature research,Super effi-cient SBM-GML model and standard deviation ellipse were employed.The research findings show that:the carbon sink in the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt is relatively stable,while the net carbon emissions are on the rise,with the construction land being the main source of carbon emissions;the overall level of carbon emission efficiency from land use is relatively low,showing a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,spatially dispersed in southeast-northwest direction and concentrated in northeast-southwest direction,and the direction has increased,the GML index showed a"rise-fall-rise"trend,and the decomposition showed that technological efficiency is the main reason for the increase in GML index;Environmental regulations,economic development,population density,and green technological progress have a significant impact on improving the carbon emission efficiency of land use,while urbanization and industrial structure have a significant negative impact.关键词
