城郊镇特色化生态产业场域建构的政策路径
Policy generation and field reconstruction:the path of characteristic development of suburban town ecology——a case study of Zhu Town,Nanjing

Abstract
Under the background of new urbanization and rural revitalization,to explore the typical path of taking the lead in the development of characteristic suburban towns with obvious advantages is conducive to the in-depth interpretation of the basic logic of local governance.Based on the typical investigation of the characteristic ecological industry in Zhuzhen,this paper constructs the analysis path of"policy transmission—administrative mobilization—field reconstruction"of Zhuzhen's ecological characteristic cultivation according to the policy transmission theory and field generation theory.It is found that the local governments,through policy design and process tracking,integrate dual action mechanisms of administrative rules and social mobilization,accurately capture policy opportunities,implement land exchange and resource integration strategies,and successfully realize the field recon-struction from"ducoupling"to"reconstruction".The development of local regional characteristic industries should take institution-al innovation and the integration of social resources as the carrier,conform to the political goals of local overall governance and policy innovation,conform to the dual logic of"effectiveness"and"legality",use adaptive strategies to build a stable policy symbi-osis mechanism,promote the achievement of regional collective action,and realize the improvement of grassroots governance ef-fectiveness.In addition,this paper further reveals the practical strategies behind the policy operation of local regional characteris-tic development and the construction characteristics of local governance mechanisms,and improves the process-oriented theoreti-cal research of the local governance field construction of characteristic ecological industry development in suburban towns.关键词
