Abstract

In response to the policy needs of the country's new energy development,this study conducted a survey on the biomass resources in Guangzhou City,aiming to clarify the available potential and spatial distribution of biomass resources in this place.Using coefficient estimation method,the theoretical output of straw and manure,the time distribution trend,and the total amount of straw and livestock and poultry manure over the past 11 years were calculated.Then,the theoretical total amount of biomass converted into biogas was analyzed and predicted.Spatial distribution analysis combined with ArcGIS to draw the annual theoretical amount of straw and manure and biogas production potential distribution map of 11 districts in Guangzhou.It was found that the biomass resources were mainly concentrated in the central and eastern regions of Guangzhou.Among them,Conghua District has the greatest potential for biomass resource conversion.The local straw is mainly rice,and the manure production is mainly pig manure.The theoretical amount of biogas produced in the entire district is calculated,revealing the greater biomass resource conversion potential of a key city located in the Greater Bay Area in Guangzhou.This study combines agricultural resource research data with geographic information system technology to realize comprehensively integrated time and space analysis.It can provide research method reference,data support,and trend judgment basis for the energy conversion and development of biomass resources in southern China,and can especially provide support for the convenience of decision-making on the energy development of biomass resources in the Greater Bay Area.
