摘要

Abstract

This paper presents an experimental study focused on the shear performance of the steel box-ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)interface,a critical aspect of the mechanical behavior of narrow steel box-UHPC composite beams.A push-out test including 13 sets of steel box-UHPC joint specimens was designed and conducted.The effects of headed stud layout and UHPC mix proportions on the steel-UHPC interfacial shear performance were investigated.The test results show that the fail-ure of all specimens occurred at the roots of the studs.The spacing between stud shear connectors has a certain influence on their average shear strength.In the experiments conducted in this paper,the average shear strength of the studs reached its maximum when the spacing between them was set at 120 mm.Increasing both the number of columns and rows of studs results in a decrease in their aver-age shear capacity and ductility,with the number of rows of studs along the shear direction of the in-terface having a greater impact.The content of steel fibers in UHPC has a slight influence on the in-terfacial load-slip curves.Subsequently,four representative theories for calculating the shear capacity of steel-concrete interfaces with headed stud connectors were selected to predict the interfacial shear capacity of the test specimens in this study,and comparisons with the test results were made.
