Optimization Design of Peripheral Holes Based on Cumulative Blasting Charge Structure

Abstract
In order to improve the blasting effect in the process of tunnel excavation by drilling and blasting method and reduce the phenomenon of 'overbreak and underbreak',based on numerical simulation,this paper explores the blasting effect of shaped charge and the charging structure of sur-rounding holes.The optimal blasting method is obtained by numerical simulation and comparative a-nalysis of conventional blasting,slit shaped charge blasting and special shaped charge blasting by LS_DYNA finite element analysis software,and the optimal arrangement of blasthole is obtained by adjusting the spacing of surrounding blastholes.The results show that compared with conventional blasting,shaped charge blasting can significantly improve the blasting effect.Compared with the slit charge shaped blasting,the shaped charge shaped blasting has better energy-gathering effect and bet-ter smooth blasting effect.It is suggested that the shaped charge assembly with shaped charge structure should be adopted in the surrounding holes of the tunnel.The blasthole spacing of the surrounding holes is 80 cm,which can achieve better blasting effect and economic benefits.The research results can provide guidance for the design of the peripheral eye of smooth blasting and improve the blasting effect.关键词
