Research on the Overall Lifting Construction Technology of Large-span Steel Structure Corridors

Abstract
The Global Public Procurement Trading Service Headquarters Base Project features four three-story steel structure corridors,with the maximum lifting height of 39.9 m and the maximum span of 32.5 m.Structural members are heavy and numerous.If the conventional sub-piece bulk scheme is adopted,the construction will be difficult,with many high-altitude operations and high safety risks,the construction quality will be difficult to effectively control.Therefore,the ultra large component hy-draulic synchronous lifting technology is applied in this project to lift and install the steel corridors.This study explores and analyzes the hydraulic synchronous lifting construction technology based on the steel structure corridor construction of the Global Public Procurement Trading Service Headquarters Base Project.The lifted structures and lifting supports are analyzed and verified using the structural analysis software MIDAS Gen,and insufficient members have been reinforced.According to the calculation results,a corresponding construction plan is prepared to complete the construction operation.The hydraulic synchronous lifting technology can reduce the difficulty of con-struction,effectively control the lifting accuracy,provide effective guarantees for the safety,quality,and progress of the project,and achieve expected goals.关键词
