New Quality Productivity Empowering Urban-Rural Integration:Theoretical Mechanism and Empirical Test

Abstract
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces from 2013 to 2022,this paper constructs evaluation index system of new quality productivity and urban-rural integration at the provincial level respectively,and employs two-way fixed effect model,regu-latory effect model,threshold effect model and spatial Durbin model to empirically examine the influencing mechanism and spatial effects of new quality productivity on urban-rural integration.The results show that new quality productivity has a significant pro-moting effect on the urban-rural integration development.Heterogeneity test results show that the positive effect of new quality productivity on urban-rural integration is obvious in the eastern and western regions,but not in the central region.The regulatory effect test results show that government behavior and industrial structure upgrading play a positive regulating role in the relation-ship between the two.The threshold effect test results show that the economic development level has a single threshold effect and the informatization level has a double threshold effect in the process of the influence of new quality productivity on the urban-rural integration development.The spatial effect analysis results show that the new quality productivity has a significant spatial spillover effect on the urban-rural integration development.关键词
