Agricultural New Quality Productivity:Level Measurement,Regional Differences and Spatiotemporal Evolution

Abstract
Cultivating and developing agricultural new quality productivity is an inevitable requirement for promoting high-quality agricultural development and constructing a strong agricultural country.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for agricultural new quality productivity level from five dimensions:new types of agricultural laborers,new types of agricul-tural labor materials,new types of agricultural labor objects,new types of agricultural production methods,and new types of agri-cultural organizational forms,then uses the entropy weight-TOPSIS method to measure the agricultural new quality productivity level,and finally employs the obstacle factor diagnosis model,Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition method,Kernel densi-ty estimation,and Moran's index to explore the obstacles,regional differences,and spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of the development of agricultural new quality productivity.The findings are shown as the following:(1)The level of agricultural new quality productivity in China is steadily increasing,and new agricultural labor materials are the key to promoting improvement.At the regional level,the level of agricultural new quality productivity shows a distribution pattern of"eastern region>central re-gion>northeastern region>western region".The development level of e-commerce agriculture,the number of intelligent agricul-tural aircraft,and the per capita number of demonstration family farms are the main restricting factors for the current stage of de-velopment.(2)The relative differences between regions are gradually narrowing,with inter-regional differences being the main source,especially the largest differences between the eastern and northeastern regions.Compared with other regions,the differenc-es within the eastern region are more pronounced.(3)The absolute regional differences continue to expand,showing a non-equi-librium development characteristic of"the better,the better".The spatial positive correlation is significant,presenting a spatial distribution pattern dominated by"low-low"agglomeration.关键词
