摘要

Abstract

TZM alloy is one of the important molybdenum alloys in industrial production due to its high melting point,good thermal stability,strong corrosion resistance and excellent high temperature mechanical properties.With the development of science and technology,nuclear reactors have developed from the third generation to the fourth generation.Facing increasingly demanding service conditions,the performance of TZM alloy,as a candidate material for nuclear reactors,is gradually falling short of industrial requirements,making its improvement imperative.Starting from the development history of TZM alloy and based on the strengthening mechanism,its microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties,including the structural evolution of rolled microstructure and annealed microstructure,as well as tensile properties at room and high temperatures.The advantages and disadvantages of TZM alloy compared with other molybdenum alloys were analyzed,and its preparation processes and strengthening mechanisms were summarized.The variation patterns of microstructure and macroscopic properties were revealed.The future research direction and development prospect of TZM alloy were outlined.
