芳纶树脂液涂布对芳纶纸性能的影响
Effect of aramid resin liquid coating on the properties of aramid paper
摘要
Abstract
Meta-aramid paper plays an important role in aerospace,power system and rail transit due to its excellent electrical insulation,high temperature resistance and mechanical properties.There are still a small number of pore structures in the traditional hot-pressed ar-amid paper,and the interfacial bonding of the fibers is insufficient,which makes it difficult for the paper to meet the increasingly stringent application requirements in terms of insula-tion and mechanical properties.In this paper,from the perspective of pore control,aramid resin was coated on the surface of aramid-based paper,so that the aramid fibers underwent the process of swelling-dissolution-reconstruction,and the pores were filled and bonded by recycled aramid polymer,and the plasticity was enhanced,and the structural density and in-terface bonding of the paper were greatly improved under the synergistic effect of cold calen-dering.The results show that the porosity of the paper decreases by 41.82％,the electrical breakdown strength reaches 24.78 kV/mm,which is about 204％and 57％higher than that of aramid base paper and hot-pressed aramid paper,respectively,and the volume and surface resistivity reach 6.21×1016 Ω·cm and 3.39×1013 Ω,respectively.关键词
