基于新质生产力视角的林草领域数字化治理发展路径研究
Research on the Development Path of Digital Governance in Forestry and Grassland from the Perspective of New-quality Productivity
摘要
Abstract
Research on new-quality productivity is carried out to provide theoretical support and research per-spective for comprehensively improving the digital governance capability and promoting the innovative application of digital information technology in the field of forestry and grassland.Examining the evolution of the new-quality produc-tivity theory and the digital governance model,this paper analyzes the relevance and coupling of the new-quality produc-tivity driving the construction of the digital governance model in the forest and grassland field by the literature review and qualitative analysis.Research results the study reveals some practical problems in digital governance of forestry and grassland,such as relatively weak digital basic research,relatively difficult application and promotion of digital infor-mation technology,and relative shortage of digital talents at the grass-roots level.Therefore,It can be improved from the aspects of improving the intelligent level of labor materials,creating the value of the industrial chain,and cultiva-ting new quality productivity talents to establish a development path of the forestry and grassland industry.关键词
