Abstract
As one of the important contents of Xi Jinping's 'Ten Persistence' on ecological civilization,the construction of global ecological civilization is the necessity of the sustainable development of human society,the re-ality of building a community with a shared future for mankind,and the result of the historical task of the proletari-an party.At present,the global ecological civilization construction is facing the difficulties of'Black Development',international ecological and environmental cooperation,and China's lack of voice in ecological civilization.On the road of global ecological civilization construction,it is necessary to change the development mode,adhere to the green development,improve the international environmental rule of law,uphold the basic principle of extensive consultation,joint contribution and sharing,optimize the content supply,enhance the voice of China's ecological civilization,and escort the realization of the common vision of building a clean and beautiful world.关键词
