Research Trends in Climate Change Loss and Damage Issues
摘要
Abstract
To gain a deeper understanding of the issue of loss and damage caused by climate change,a sys-tematic review and analysis of relevant literature were conducted to identify the challenges in determining'liability'behind this issue,thereby providing references for future progress.Utilizing the systematic literature review method,domestic and international literature was analyzed from 3 perspectives:the concept of loss and damage,pathways for liability claims,and international cooperation,to construct a research framework that integrates these 3 aspects.The study found that the concept of loss and damage has not yet been unified,and there are dilemmas in claiming liability for loss and damage.There is also a need to strengthen research on the interplay among risk management,insurance plans,and compensation mechanisms.Future research could be conducted from a multidisciplinary per-spective,focusing on clarifying the concept of loss and damage,identifying pathways for liability claims,and build-ing a comprehensive response system.关键词
