二倍体马铃薯薯肉茄碱含量变异的代谢和转录分析
Metabolic and Transcriptomic Analysis of Steroidal Glycoalkaloid Content Variation in Tuber Flesh of Diploid Potatoes
摘要
Abstract
The decrease in SGA content in tuber flesh is a typical domestication trait.To reveal SGA content variation and underlying molecular regulatory network,we selected 30 diploid wild and culti-vated accessions for metabolomic and transcriptomic analyses.A total of 47 distinct SGAs were sys-tematically identified,with 26 showing significantly lower levels in cultivated potato flesh.Transcrip-tomic analysis revealed that the expressions of 33 SGA biosynthetic genes were down-regulated in the cultivated accessions,directly causing SGA content reduction.Co-expression analysis identified that 33 biosynthetic genes were co-expressed with 36 candidate transcription factors,among which 5 transcrip-tion factors such as GAME9 showed significant expression differences between the wild and cultivated accessions.关键词
