摘要

Abstract

In order to achieve water pollution detection with rapid and low detection limit,a real-time Raman spectral data acquisition system is designed based on the principle of Raman scattering.In this system,the spectral data acquisition module is designed by combing with CMOS detector,and the main control module of FPGA is developed.In order to adjust the system parameters such as spectral integration time more flexibly,top-level control is designed by means of the an upper computer.UART communication protocol is designed between FPGA and the upper computer,and corresponding address units are designed in the FPGA main control module.The designed real-time Raman spectrum data acquisition system can obtain Raman spectrum within 5 s,and the detection limit of common water pollutants such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons-naphthalene can reach 244 mg/L.The designed system can be applied to various water pollution detection scenarios such as daily water quality testing and water pollution emergency testing,and can provide strong technical support for water pollution detection.
