摘要

Abstract

In recent years,food safety incidents have occurred frequently.Catering food,as the terminal of the food chain,carries potential food safety risks of multiple links such as food cultivation and breeding,food production and processing,and even food circulation.This paper aims to analyze the causes and hazards of food safety risks in the catering service sector,and propose innovative prevention and control measures,providing a reference for ensuring the public's safety of catering food and improving industry regulatory level.
